An organization is your team’s workspace in Vybe. Everything you build — apps, integrations, data connections, and members — belongs to an organization. It is the top-level container for all your work.

What belongs to an organization

Each organization is a self-contained workspace with its own:
ResourceDescription
AppsAll apps created by members of the organization
MembersThe people who can access and build within the workspace
IntegrationsConnected services, databases, and custom APIs
BillingSubscription plan, credit balance, and payment settings
SlugA unique identifier used in deployed app URLs
Your deployed app URLs follow the pattern <app-slug>-<org-slug>.vybe.build. For example, if your organization slug is acme and you deploy an app called expense-tracker, the URL will be expense-tracker-acme.vybe.build.

Creating an organization

You get your first organization automatically when you sign up for Vybe. If you need additional workspaces — for example, to separate departments or clients — you can create more.
1

Open the workspace selector

Click your organization name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
2

Click Create Organization

Select Create Organization from the dropdown menu.
3

Configure the workspace

Enter a name and slug for your new organization. The slug must be unique and will be used in all deployed app URLs.
Use separate organizations when you need completely isolated workspaces — different billing, different members, different integrations. For teams that share resources, a single organization with role-based access is usually simpler.

Switching between organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them at any time.
  1. Click your organization name in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
  2. Select the organization you want to switch to.
Your apps, integrations, and member list update immediately to reflect the selected workspace. Each organization is fully independent — apps and data in one organization are not visible from another.

Organization settings

Manage your organization from the Settings page in the sidebar. From here you can:
  • General — Update the organization name and slug
  • Members — Invite, manage, and remove team members
  • Billing — View your plan, credit balance, and manage your subscription
  • Integrations — Review and manage connected services
Changing your organization slug will update all deployed app URLs. Existing links will stop working. Coordinate with your team before making this change.

Deleting an organization

If you no longer need a workspace, you can delete the organization from Manage Organizations > Organization. This permanently removes all apps, data, integrations, and member associations.
Deleting an organization cannot be undone. All apps, databases, and deployment URLs associated with the organization will be permanently removed.
