Vybe uses a credit-based pricing model. Every AI interaction — sending a message, generating code, running a database query through the agent — consumes credits. Your plan determines how many credits you receive and how often they reset.

You can start building on the Free plan immediately — no credit card required. Upgrade to Pro or Team when you need more credits or team collaboration features.

How credits work

Credits are consumed each time you interact with the AI agent. This includes:
  • Sending a message in a thread
  • Asking the agent to generate or modify code
  • Running database queries through the agent
  • Requesting explanations or debugging help
Actions that do not consume credits:
  • Editing code manually in the Code tab
  • Deploying your app
  • Managing integrations and settings
  • Inviting team members

Credit reset schedule

Credit costs by model

Different AI models consume different amounts of credits per interaction. More powerful models produce higher-quality results but cost more credits.

You can switch models at any time from the model selector in the chat input. Choose a lighter model for simple tasks to conserve credits, and a more powerful model when you need complex reasoning.

Seat types

Pro and Team plans use seat-based pricing with two seat types:

Builder seats are for team members who actively create and modify apps. Viewer seats are for stakeholders, managers, or team members who only need to use the finished apps.
Use Viewer seats for team members who only need access to deployed apps. This keeps costs down while giving your whole team access to the tools you build.

Buying more credits

On Pro and Team plans, you can purchase additional credits when your monthly allocation runs out.

Open workspace settings

Click your organization name in the sidebar and select Settings.

Navigate to billing

Go to the Billing tab.

Purchase credits

Click Buy Credits and select the amount you need. Additional credits are charged to your payment method on file.
Additional credits do not expire at the end of your billing cycle — they remain available until used.
The Free plan does not support purchasing additional credits. Upgrade to Pro or Team if you need more than the daily free allocation.

Checking your usage

You can view your current credit balance and usage history at any time:
  1. Click your organization name in the sidebar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Open the Billing tab.
The billing page shows:
  • Your current credit balance
  • Credits consumed in the current period
  • Usage breakdown by model
  • Billing cycle dates and next reset

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Team at any time:

Open workspace settings

Click your organization name in the sidebar and select Settings.

Go to billing

Navigate to the Billing tab.

Select a plan

Choose Pro or Team and follow the prompts to enter your payment information and select your seat count.
When you upgrade:
  • Your new credit allocation is available immediately
  • You keep any remaining credits from your previous plan
  • Billing starts from the date of upgrade

Frequently asked questions

AI interactions are paused until your credits reset. On the Free plan, credits reset daily. On Pro and Team, credits reset monthly — or you can purchase additional credits immediately.You can still access your deployed apps, edit code manually, and manage settings while out of credits.
On the Free plan, unused credits carry over up to a maximum balance of 2,000. On Pro and Team plans, unused credits do not roll over — your balance resets at the start of each billing cycle.
Yes. You can downgrade at any time from your billing settings. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your apps and data are preserved regardless of your plan.
Go to Settings > Billing and adjust your seat count. You can add or remove Builder and Viewer seats at any time. Changes are prorated for the current billing period.
